Nexus Valet Privacy Policy
This statement delineates our protocols regarding the encryption, compliance, retention, and collection of user profiles and data streams. We value your confidence and prioritize data protection.
1. Introduction & Operator Identity
Welcome to Nexus Valet ("we", "us", "our"). We are dedicated to maintaining robust privacy protections for our users. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal identifier records and transaction streams you provide to us, and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our workspace messaging utility and automated platform services.
Under applicable data protection laws, Nexus Valet acts as the Operator of your personal identifier records. By accessing or utilizing our messaging workspace, you unequivocally consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Policy.
2. Types of Information We Collect
We collect both "Non-Personal Information" and "Personal Information" about our active operators.
A. Information you provide directly:
• Account Credentials: Name, username, email details, unique password keys used to identify your session.
• Workspace Data: Any contact logs, list segments, telephone database associations, custom labels, and scheduled transmission logs.
• Communication Media: Attached files, raw documents, image attachments, message text details, metadata, and transmission timestamps.
B. Google OAuth Integrations:
• When you authenticate via Google Sign Up or Google Sign In, we retrieve your verified email address, full display name, avatar profile photo, and unique Google ID (sub).
• We do not solicit, store, or transmit your master Google Password. All tokens obtained during this step are handled on the client-side to fetch user profile details.
3. Data Processing & Usage Purpose
We process your database records according to the following strict operational parameters:
• Session Handling: Authenticating your workspace identity and provisioning real-time dashboard updates.
• Messaging Loops: Delivering text messaging flows, managing bulk blast campaigns, and coordinating scheduled messages.
• Cloud Messaging (FCM): Intercepting and transmitting payload events for push alert signals.
• System Improvement: Monitoring dashboard performance indicators, diagnosing debug protocols, and addressing telemetry exceptions.
4. Security, Layer Encryption & Storage
We prioritize the absolute safety of your data. We employ secure container virtualization and advanced cryptographic interfaces.
• Data Transfer: All outgoing connection streams operate under full Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) protocols.
• Storage Location: Configuration files, user parameters, and assets are retained securely within Cloud Run configurations.
• Database Shielding: Strict access controls prevent unsolicited metadata scanning. Local caches use sandboxed local storage configurations.
5. Non-Cookie Browser Storage & Session Tracking
We enforce minimalist, non-tracking cookie preferences. Performance identifiers (such as localStorage and indexedDB) are utilized solely to keep you logged in, maintain user profiles, and back up messaging databases. Temporary analytical data points are stored solely to diagnose speed anomalies. We never monetize or rent tracker behaviors to third-party ad networks.
6. Regulatory Compliance & Global Rights
We comply with modern privacy protection architectures, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and standard Google API policies. Users can view, export, or permanently purge their messaging database and Google profile linkages from their Settings page at any time.
