Terms of Service

These Terms outline your obligations, usage policies, messaging directives, limit of liabilities, and code of conduct. Welcome to the Nexus Valet professional pipeline ecosystem.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Nexus Valet messaging platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound legally by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you represent an organization or entity, you bind that organization to these Terms and confirm you possess full authority to act on its behalf.

Should you disagree with any portion of these specifications, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our dashboard tools, messaging endpoints, or background integrations.

2. Workspace Usage & Anti-Spam Guidelines

As an active operator, you are solely responsible for all message content, attachments, and phone lists delivered through Nexus Valet.

You strictly agree NOT to:

• Deliver unsolicited spam, promotional SMS, or messages violating applicable regional guidelines (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
• Transmit malicious code, virus payloads, or scripts designed to disrupt system servers.
• Impersonate governmental representatives, other brands, or financial institutions (Phishing).
• Coordinate automated lists without securing explicit user consent or providing clear opt-out directions (e.g., "Reply STOP to cancel").

3. Compliance with Telecommunication Regulations

Nexus Valet acts purely as a cloud-based delivery workspace utility. You must independently ensure your database contacts are opted-in to receive communication broadcasts. We cooperate fully with telecommunications carriers and reserve the immediate right to suspend account access if carrier spam-detection systems raise alerts regarding your sending profile.

4. Account Custody & Token Safety

You hold full accountability over the custody of your tokens, login sessions, and client endpoints:

• Sensitive Credentials: Never share credentials, API secrets, or your Google OAuth sessions.
• Unauthorized Entry: You must immediately alert us at security@nexusvalet.run if you detect signs of breach, token leakage, or unapproved workspace access.
• System Overhead: We reserve the right to throttle background pipelines, bulk sends, or socket payloads if they exceed safe performance thresholds.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE WORKSPACE UTILITY AND MESSAGING ENGINE ARE EXTENDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" STRUCTURAL STANDPOINT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable jurisdiction:

• Delivery Disclaimers: We guarantee neither flawless real-time message delivery nor packet transit through third-party telco grids.
• Liability Caps: Under no scenario shall Nexus Valet be held accountable for indirect, collateral, punitive, or loss-of-business damages. Our total composite liability is strictly capped at the cumulative amount received by us for your system tier over the prior billing cycle.

6. Termination of Service

• By Operator: You can permanently shut down your workspace and erase localized parameters at any point via the Settings dashboard.
• By Us: We reserve the right to immediately terminate or freeze your access privileges, without warning, in cases of verified spam activity, non-compliance with opt-out regulations, or behavior harming system operations.
